Hi, I’m the brewer
behind the corner.

I started brewing kombucha a few years ago after spending way too much money on €4 bottles from the health food shop. What started as a curiosity became a full-blown obsession — I now brew continuously, experiment with second ferments, and maintain a SCOBY hotel that’s getting slightly out of hand.

The Fermentation Corner exists because I couldn’t find a kombucha resource that was both honest and practical. Most guides made it sound either impossibly complicated or suspiciously easy. The truth is somewhere in the middle — and that’s what I write about here.

Every post on this blog comes from real batches, real mistakes, and real lessons learned the hard way. No lab coat required.
